Chris Hiller is a seasoned Realtor, community leader, and proud resident of Cross Creek Ranch. His passion for real estate began early—at just 11 years old, he was already studying the real estate section of the Sunday New York Times, unknowingly preparing for the career he’d one day thrive in.
Before entering real estate, Chris spent over 20 years running a successful gymnastics company that partnered with church recreation ministries nationwide. The experience strengthened his love for service, mentorship, and community—values that now define his approach as a Realtor.
Celebrating more than two decades with Keller Williams Premier Realty Katy, Chris leads The Chris Hiller Team, known for integrity, exceptional client care, and consistent results. His faith-driven leadership style—what he calls a “Team Heaven” culture—creates an environment of collaboration, support, and excellence for his clients and team.
Chris is also deeply committed to giving back. He is a founding board member of The Ballard House, a hospitality home in Katy providing free lodging for patients and caregivers receiving medical treatment in the Houston area.
Chris and his wife, Maureen, have been married for over 42 years and now enjoy life in their “grandparenting” home in Cross Creek Ranch. They love traveling, serving in their church, spending time with loved ones, and embracing this new chapter with their grandchildren.
